"Once-Only" Data Policy & Auto-Fill Integration

Instead of asking citizens for personal details the government already possesses (e.g., auto-filling name/address upon entering a citizenship number), the relevant offices shall arrange for auto-fill in their systems within 60 days. To create an environment where, once a citizen provides their details (like citizenship number) to the government, other government bodies will use the same data.

सरकारसँग पहिले नै भएको नागरिकको वैयक्तिक विवरण (जस्तै: नागरिकता नम्बर हाल्दा नाम/ठेगाना) पुन: सोध्नुको सट्टा Auto-fill हुने व्यवस्था सम्बन्धित कार्यालयहरूले आफ्ना प्रणालीहरूमा ६० दिनभित्र गर्ने । नागरिकले आफ्नो विवरण (जस्तै: नागरिकता नम्बर) सरकारलाई एक पटक दिएपछि, अन्य सरकारी निकायले सोही डेटा प्रयोग गर्ने वातावरण मिलाउने ।
