Digital Signatures via National ID & OTP

Currently, Digital Signatures are done through certificates; to make provisions allowing citizens to submit their details via e-signature using NID Card, Biometrics, or OTP. For this, to physically and organizationally strengthen the Department of National ID and Civil Registration. A study under the coordination of the Ministry of Home Affairs will be conducted on implementing an authentication system via digital signature across all citizen services based on the National Identity (NID) number, submitting a report to the OPMCM within one month.

Digital Signature हाल Certificate को माध्यमबाट हुने गरेकोमा NID Card, Biometric वा OTP को प्रयोग गरी e-signature गरी नागरिकले आफ्नो विवरण बुझाउन सक्ने व्यवस्था गर्ने। यसको लागि राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र तथा पत्नीकरण विभागको भौतिक तथा साङ्गटनिक सुदृढीकरण गर्ने। राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र (NID) नम्बरलाई आधार बनाई नागरिकका सबै सेवाहरूमा डिजिटल हस्ताक्षरद्वारा प्रमाणीकरण प्रणाली लागू गर्ने गृह मन्त्रालयको संयोजकत्वमा अध्ययन गरी एक महिनाभित्र प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयमा प्रतिवेदन दिने।
