Call for National Unity to Implement Governance Reforms

For the effective implementation of the mandate of the General Election 2082 BS, the core spirit of the Constitution of Nepal, and the commitments presented by political parties to the people, the Government of Nepal, provincial and local governments, constitutional bodies, civil administration, the Nepal Army and all security agencies, public service delivery bodies, political parties, the private sector, non-governmental sector, civil society, and development partners shall unite and collaborate in a result-oriented manner, and to make necessary policy, structural, and programmatic arrangements to institutionalize this collaboration and make it result-oriented. Furthermore, to make a heartfelt appeal to all stakeholders to play an active, coordinated, and accountable role in fulfilling this shared national responsibility.

आम निर्वाचन २०८२ को जनादेश, नेपालको संविधानको मूल मर्म र राजनीतिक दलहरूले जनतासमक्ष प्रस्तुत गरेका प्रतिबद्धताहरूको प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयनका लागि नेपाल सरकार, प्रदेश तथा स्थानीय सरकार, संवैधानिक निकायहरू, निजामती प्रशासन, नेपाली सेना लगायत सबै सुरक्षा निकाय, सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाह गर्ने निकायहरू, राजनीतिक दलहरू, निजी क्षेत्र, गैरसरकारी क्षेत्र, नागरिक समाज तथा विकास साझेदारहरूले एकताबद्ध भई नतिजामूलक सहकार्य गर्ने र सो सहकार्यलाई संस्थागत तथा परिणाममुखी बनाउन आवश्यक नीतिगत, संरचनात्मक तथा कार्यक्रमगत व्यवस्था मिलाउने। साथै, उक्त साझा राष्ट्रिय दायित्व निर्वाहमा सबै सरोकारवालालाई सक्रिय, समन्वित र उत्तरदायी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्न हार्दिक आह्वान गर्ने।
