Quality Certification for Local Level Services
To make provisions for certifying the quality of service of public bodies and to incentivize outstanding bodies, the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration shall prepare quality certification standards for services delivered by local levels within 45 days.
सार्वजनिक निकायको सेवाको गुणस्तर प्रमाणीकरण गर्ने व्यवस्था गरी उत्कृष्ट निकायलाई प्रोत्साहित (Incentivize) गर्न सङ्गीय मामिला तथा सामान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालयले स्थानीय तहबाट प्रवाह हुने सेवाको गुणस्तर प्रमाणीकरण मापदण्ड ४५ दिनभित्र तयार गर्ने।
