Automating HR with a Digital Personnel Management System
The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration shall prepare the architecture of a Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) within three months to create an updated digital profile of employees, making the management of appointments, postings, transfers, training, promotions, and retirement predictable and automated.
