Launching 12-Hour Citizen Service Centers
To end the situation where citizens have to visit multiple offices, endure procedural hassles, and face increased time and costs to receive government services, to operate Citizen Service Centers in major cities in an agencification modality. Arrangements shall be made to operate such centers for at least 12 hours daily.
नागरिकलाई सरकारी सेवा लिन धेरै कार्यालय धाउनुपर्ने, प्रक्रियागत झन्झट व्यहोर्नुपर्ने तथा समय र लागत दुवै बढ्ने अवस्थाको अन्त्य गर्न प्रमुख शहरहरूमा एजेन्सिफिकेसन मोडालिटीमा नागरिक सेवा केन्द्र सञ्चालन गर्ने। त्यस्ता केन्द्रहरूलाई दैनिक कम्तीमा १२ घण्टा सञ्चालन गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने।
