Mandatory Front-Desk Training for Public Servants

To provide training on all services available from the office to all front-desk employees; all offices shall provide the list of such employees and their training needs to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration within 15 days. The Ministry shall coordinate with relevant training provider institutions to arrange necessary training within 6 months. Thereafter, to continue this process regularly.

फ्रन्ट डेस्कमा काम गर्ने सबै कर्मचारीहरूलाई कार्यालयबाट उपलब्ध हुने सबै सेवाहरूको तालिम प्रदान गर्ने त्यस्ता कर्मचारीहरू सूची र तालिमको आवश्यकता सबै कार्यालयहरूले १५ दिनभित्र सञ्चीय मामिला तथा सामान्य प्रशासन मन्त्रालयमा उपलब्ध गराउने। मन्त्रालयले सम्बन्धित तालिम प्रदायक संस्थाहरूसँग समन्वय गरी ६ महिनाभित्र आवश्यक तालिमको व्यवस्था गर्ने। तत्पश्चात पनि सो प्रकृयालाई प्रत्येक निरन्तर सञ्चालन गर्ने।
