Digital & Faceless District Administration Services
To provide fast, easy, and middleman-free services to citizens, to operate all services provided by District Administration Offices, including citizenship, passports, and national identity cards, through a digital and integrated system; to immediately implement a provision allowing citizenship copies and passport services to be obtained from any District Administration Office; to implement a digital recommendation system from the ward level; to use the national identity card as a mandatory single identification system; and to make all service processes faceless, time-bound, and trackable.
