Upgrading "Hello Sarkar" to a Real-Time Dashboard
To upgrade the "Hello Sarkar" mechanism to develop it as a citizen dialogue platform and to directly coordinate with all ministries through an integrated dashboard to monitor grievance resolution progress in real-time.
