Drafting a Shared "National Commitment"
To institutionalize the core spirit of the Constitution of Nepal, the strengthening of the democratic system, and the mandate expressed through the election, by summarizing the implementable points included in the manifestos, pledges, and commitment papers of all political parties participating in the election to prepare a "National Commitment," establishing the shared ownership of the Government of Nepal over it. To immediately establish necessary structures under the OPMCM and assign responsibilities to implement this commitment effectively from the very beginning by linking it with annual policies and programs, budgets, and reform agendas.
