Initiating the Constitution Amendment Debate
To build a national consensus on long-term political and institutional reforms of the country, the electoral system, and issues related to constitutional amendments, the OPMCM shall form a task force within seven days to prepare a "Constitution Amendment Debate Paper" and make the debate process participatory, transparent, and fact-based.
