Launching the National Data Exchange Platform

With the objective of completely transforming public service delivery into digital, paperless, and interconnected systems, to establish a "National Integrated Digital Governance Platform" and implement a digital governance blueprint. Under this, adopting the "submit details only once" principle, to integrate services, data, and systems of all levels of government to begin the establishment and operation of a National Data Exchange Platform based on digital public infrastructure within 100 days.

सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाहलाई पूर्ण रूपमा डिजिटल, एक्ट्रार र अन्तरआवद्ध प्रणालीमा रूपान्तरण गर्ने उद्देश्यले "राष्ट्रिय एकीकृत डिजिटल शासन प्लेटफर्म" स्थापना गरी डिजिटल गभर्नेन्स ब्लुप्रिन्ट कार्यान्वयन गर्ने। यस अन्तर्गत 'एउटा विवरण एकपटकमात्र बुझाउने' सिद्धान्त अवलम्बन गर्दै सबै तहका सरकारका सेवा, डाटा र प्रणालीहरूलाई एकीकृत गरी डिजिटल सार्वजनिक पूर्वाधारमा आधारित राष्ट्रिय डाटा एक्सचेन्ज प्लेटफर्म स्थापना तथा सञ्चालनको कार्य १०० दिनभित्र प्रारम्भ गर्ने।
