Modernizing the Public Procurement Act
To control delays, cost overruns, substandard work, and corruption in public procurement processes, to amend the Public Procurement Act within 30 days to implement concepts like Value for Money, Life Cycle Costing, E-Gov Market Place, and Performance-Based Contracting. To make the procurement process fully digital, transparent, and trackable, and to encourage competition.
