Justice & Rehabilitation for Gen-Z Movement Victims
To take integrated initiatives to ensure justice, rehabilitation, and the restoration of trust in the state for families and citizens affected by the incidents during the Gen-Z movement on Bhadra 23 and 24, 2082 BS. Under this initiative, to collect and verify the data of martyrs' families and the injured, and to ensure honorable rehabilitation, livelihood security, and social protection by implementing a coordinated package within 100 days that includes employment opportunities in the government, public, and private sectors based on qualifications, skills development, psychosocial counseling, and rehabilitation assistance. Furthermore, to immediately advance necessary investigations, actions, and prosecution processes against the guilty individuals and parties in accordance with prevailing laws based on the report of the Gauri Bahadur Karki Commission formed to investigate the facts of the incidents that occurred during the said movement.
सम्वत् २०८२ भदौ २३ र २४ मा भएको जेन-जी (Gen Z) आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका घटनाबाट प्रभावित परिवार र नागरिकहरूको न्याय, पुनर्स्थापना र राज्यप्रतिको विश्वास पुनर्स्थापना गर्न एकीकृत पहल गर्ने। यस पहल अन्तर्गत शहीदका परिवार तथा घाइतेहरूको तथ्याङ्क सङ्कलन तथा प्रमाणीकरण गरी सम्मानजनक पुनर्स्थापना, जीवनयापनको सुरक्षा र सामाजिक संरक्षण सुनिश्चित गर्न १०० दिनभित्र योग्यताअनुसार सरकारी, सार्वजनिक र निजी क्षेत्रमा रोजगारीका अवसर, सीप विकास, मनोसामाजिक परामर्श तथा पुनर्स्थापना सहायता समेटिएको समन्वित प्याकेज कार्यान्वयन गर्ने; साथै उक्त आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका घटनाको सत्यतथ्य छानविन गर्न गठित गौरीबहादुर कार्की आयोगको प्रतिवेदनका आधारमा दोषी व्यक्ति तथा पक्षहरूमाथि प्रचलित कानूनबमोजिम आवश्यक अनुसन्धान, कारवाही र अभियोजन प्रक्रिया तत्काल अधि बढाउने।
