Apology & Justice for Marginalized Communities
Acknowledging formally the injustice, discrimination, and deprivation of opportunities inflicted upon Dalits and historically marginalized communities by the state, society, and policy structures, to announce a reform-oriented program with formal apologies on behalf of the state within 15 days to lay the groundwork for social justice, inclusive rehabilitation, and historical reconciliation.
