Establishing the Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU)
With the objective of making the country's investment, production, exports, productivity, and development finance systems integrated, effective, and result-oriented, to immediately establish a "Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU)" under the OPMCM. This unit will operate a central dashboard for national priority projects, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ministerial performance tracking, and a problem and obstacle resolution mechanism.
