Merging Investment & Export Promotion Bodies

To end the duplication of responsibilities among bodies like the Investment Board Nepal, Trade and Export Promotion Centre, Department of Industry, etc., to immediately form a task force for a detailed Organization and Management (O&M) survey for an integrated structure within 30 days. This task force shall submit a report with a clear roadmap, functional structure, and necessary legal provisions to integrally transform functions related to investment promotion, export expansion and promotion, industrial development, project structuring, and development finance into a single point service system.

लगानी बोर्ड नेपाल, व्यापार तथा निकासी प्रवर्द्धन केन्द्र, उद्योग विभाग लगायतका निकायहरूबीच रहेको कार्यजिम्मेवारीको दोहोरोपन अन्त्य गर्न ३० दिनभित्र एकीकृत संरचनाको विस्तृत सङ्कटन तथा व्यवस्थापन सर्भेका लागि तत्काल एक कार्यदल गठन गर्ने। उक्त कार्यदलले लगानी प्रवर्द्धन, निर्यात विस्तार तथा प्रवर्द्धन, उद्योग विकास, परियोजना संरचना तथा विकास वित्त सम्बन्धी कार्यहरूलाई एकीकृत रूपमा एकल बिन्दू सेवा प्रणालीमा रूपान्तरण गर्न स्पष्ट रोडम्याप, कार्यात्मक संरचना तथा आवश्यक कानुनी व्यवस्था सहितको प्रतिवेदन पेश गर्ने।
