Comprehensive Security & Relief for the Private Sector
With the objective of ensuring a safe, stable, and reliable business environment while minimizing the impact of the Gen-Z movement and public protests on the private sector's investment climate and employment, to do the following: a) Formulate and immediately implement a "Private Sector Protection Strategy" for the security and protection of the private sector, industries/businesses, banks and financial institutions, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and the service sector. b) Keep security agencies on high alert and make special security arrangements for the protection of industries, commercial centers, banking infrastructure, and supply chains. c) Provide administrative facilitation with priority for the operation and resumption of businesses obstructed due to protests. d) Collect data on damages to businesses and prepare necessary relief, rehabilitation, and concession packages (e.g., tax exemptions, interest subsidies, loan restructuring). e) Activate the Industry and Commerce Dialogue Council chaired by the Prime Minister for continuous dialogue and coordination with the private sector.
जेन-जी आन्दोलन तथा सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शनका कारण निजी क्षेत्रको लगानी वातावरण र रोजगारीमा परेको प्रभावलाई न्यूनीकरण गर्दै सुरक्षित, स्थिर र विश्वसनीय व्यावसायिक वातावरण सुनिश्चित गर्ने उद्देश्यले, देहाय बमोजिम गर्ने- क) निजी क्षेत्र, उद्योग-व्यवसाय, बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, साना तथा मझौला उद्यम (SMEs) तथा सेवा क्षेत्रको सुरक्षा तथा संरक्षणका लागि "Private Sector Protection Strategy" बनाई तत्काल लागू गर्ने। ख) उद्योग, व्यापारिक केन्द्र, बैंकिङ पूर्वाधार तथा आपूर्ति शृङ्खलाको सुरक्षाका लागि सुरक्षा निकायलाई उच्च सतर्कता कायम गर्न तथा विशेष सुरक्षा प्रबन्ध गर्ने। ग) प्रदर्शनका कारण अवरोध भएका व्यवसाय सञ्चालन तथा पुन:सञ्चालनको लागि प्राथमिकताका साथ प्रशासनिक सहजीकरण गर्ने। घ) व्यवसायमा भएको क्षतिको तथ्याङ्क सङ्कलन गरी आवश्यक राहत, पुनर्स्थापना तथा सहुलियत प्याकेज तयार गर्ने। ङ) निजी क्षेत्रसँग निरन्तर संवाद तथा समन्वयका लागि प्रधानमन्त्रीको अध्यक्षतामा रहेको उद्योग-वाणिज्य सम्बाद परिषद्लाई सक्रिय गराउने।
