Mobilizing Dormant Dharauti (Deposit) Funds for Development
To solve the problem of large amounts of deposit (Dharauti/Surety) funds lying dormant in courts and government bodies and not being utilized in development work, to prepare the legal basis to mobilize such funds within 60 days.
