Reclaiming Dormant Bank Accounts for the State Treasury
To effectively utilize the idle resources of the state, complete the task within 90 days of collecting details of accounts in banks and financial institutions that have remained dormant for 10 years or more, bringing unclaimed funds into the state treasury by fulfilling legal processes, and identifying and managing other sources.
राज्यका निष्क्रिय स्रोतहरूको प्रभावकारी उपयोग गर्न १० वर्ष वा सोभन्दा बढी समयदेखि निष्क्रिय रहेका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाका खाताहरूको विवरण सङ्कलन गरी हकवालाले दावी नगरेको रकम कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी राज्यकोषमा ल्याउने तथा अन्य स्रोतहरूको पहिचान गरी व्यवस्थापन गर्ने कार्य ९० दिनभित्र सम्पन्न गर्ने।
